Dan Hunt This is my latest investment, and I’m loving it.
From Birmingham, Alabama, this is all quite a lo-fi affair, with a raw, back-to-basics, garage feel. Mostly down-tempo, Mr Carter obviously worships at the altar of early 80’s Spacemen 3. In fact, I suspect this guy has set out to create a sound similar to ‘... Fucked Up Children of The World’ or ‘Taking Drugs to make music....
’On the rare occasion that things do go uptempo, this reminds me of The Vacant Lots.
Yep. This is fuzzed-out folk-drone boogie.... hazy, lazy, stoner space-blues. The vocals take a back seat, the percussion is minimal and the guitar distortion drifts and drowns out everything else.... Maybe start with ‘Planet Panic’. Then put it on from the beginning. Fantastic stuff. Trust me on this one. Favorite track: Planet Panic.

about

All songs composed by K. Carter, except track 10. It is an untraditional rendition of a Traditional. All songs performed by Kingkai & the Heretics.

One should chant the Holy name of the Lord in a humble state of mind.
Thinking oneself lower than the straw in the street; one should be more tolerant than a tree, devoid of all sense of false prestige, and ready to offer all respect to others.
In such a state of mind
One can chant the Holy name of the Lord constantly.
